FAQ's

Nexterior verandas are manufactured to order and usually take between 4 to 6 weeks to be ready for delivery. Our busiest period is June-August when lead times can be longer.

Our verandas are available in most of the colours in the RAL Classic colour range – that’s over 200 colours to choose from. 

If you would like a veranda to match existing features such as coloured door/window frames, we just need to know the 4-digit RAL number of the feature you’re looking to colour-match.

There’s also a choice of finish – gloss, satin or matt – with satin being the most popular choice.

Our delivery charge is calculated at £0.90 per mile + vat based on the distance (one-way) from our workshop in Worcestershire to the delivery address postcode.

We undertake delivery ourselves – we don’t use third parties. We’ll agree on a delivery date and time that is convenient for you.

Installation of a Nexterior veranda should be within the capabilities of a competent DIYer or builder. We regularly receive positive feedback from customers in terms of how straightforward our verandas are to install.

We supply comprehensive instructions together with the fittings necessary to install one of our verandas. And we’re available by phone or email to provide technical advice should you require this during installation.

The key to successful installation is following the instructions supplied. You should also be able to measure accurately, use a spirit level and hacksaw (to cut metal) and be confident drilling into masonry.

If you’re looking for a size that isn’t shown or something a little more customised, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to provide you with a quote based on your specific requirements.

To order one of our verandas, please contact us by email, phone or by completing an enquiry form on the Contact page of this website with details of the size you require, preferred colour and any extras (such as gutter, tinted glass, etc.). If you’re not sure of the size or which extras you require, feel free to call us. We’ll talk you through the options and any queries you may have.

Once you’ve decided on the size, colour and any extras, we’ll confirm the price including VAT. If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll then take a deposit from you with the balance payable when your veranda is complete and ready to be delivered. As soon as we have received your deposit, we will book your veranda into our manufacturing schedule. We’ll then be in touch with you again to arrange delivery.
